LITECOM App Key
The innovative LITECOM APP concept makes lighting control systems exceptionally flexible and easy to use.
LITECOM can be seamlessly extended with new functionalities or new luminaires as well as control units just by the activation of the appropriate APP.
By entering in the reference code of a LITECOM CCD in the search field the system provides any APP activation code ordered and released which is referring to this particular LITECOM CCD.
The APP activation code can be taken over easily by simple copy/paste action into your LITECOM system via the LITECOM Store in order to activate the APP. The corresponding functionality can be used immediately after the successful activation.
Please refer to the LITECOM manuals for basic function and for the functions provides by the optional APPs as well as for further information regarding LITECOM and on how to find the reference number.

nBox Software
Zumtobel provides the nBox app for commissioning, configuring and maintaining nBox systems.
The nBox app can be downloaded free of charge from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
When connecting the mobile device to the nBox, the latest available basic software is always displayed.
An update to a newer version takes approx. 5-6min and is started from the app.
nBox Additional functions
Additional functions of the nBox are offered with a license and are permanently available after the paid purchase.
Without installed licenses, the additional functions can be installed and used for a maximum of 30 days, but expire without activation during the "trail" phase.

Up to 100 nBoxes can be networked via the internal RJ45 socket using TCP/IP or an existing WLAN infrastructure. The one-time purchased license code is valid unlimited for one networked nBox. The function can also be activated free of charge for 30 days, during which time it can be purchased or the networking function expires upon request.

Information from switching inputs or modules on the system bus of one nBox can be shared to up to 100 nBoxes via TCP/IP. The one-time purchased license code is unlimited valid for one networked nBox. The function can also be activated for 30 days free of charge, can be purchased during this time or the Shared Devices function expires after request. The shared devices license is only required for nBox installations where common functions are to be shared.

Additional info: Prerequisite is the networking of the nBox systems via TCP/IP and a valid nBox Linking license. A Shared Devices license is only required for the nBox systems that are assigned to common switching information and for the systems that are to be shared.

For monitoring the nBox system, different options are available on the website. Emergency lighting tests can be started and the results of previous emergency lighting tests can be viewed in the test log. Among other things, a system documentation (including system image, configurations and temperature history) can be created, and the current status of the devices and battery set can also be viewed. In addition, it is possible to check at any time which faults have been detected during operation or during emergency lighting tests. A software update of the equipment is also made possible.

eBox
The control and monitoring system is operated via an integrated graphics-capable color touch display (with limited range of functions) or alternatively via a laptop that can be connected to the operating unit. With the help of the browser-based software, the eBox system can be configured. For example, switching inputs can be configured or the prescribed emergency lighting tests can be monitored.
Up to 100 eBox systems (with max. 10000 luminaires) can be networked via Ethernet (TCP/IP) and monitored and visualized via a web browser without additional software.
